70km return from Marsden Park to end of cycleway at Prestons and return. Morning tea break at McDonalds, Prestons. Ride duration 4hours. Mostly on cycleway.

Alternative route: Start from M7 cycleway at cnr Richmond Rd and Rooty Hill Rd North at 8.20am and return. Meet up with group coming from Alan and Sue Marshall's. Park at car park near Hungry Jack's on Richmond Road Blacktown side of M7.
